This is our most popular option, widely used by clients to manage bookings to and from airports. You can easily add an unlimited number of airports and cities based on your service requirements.
Favored by clients offering services like party buses and stretch limos, this module is ideal for creating packages for events such as weddings, proms, and bachelor/ette parties. Alternatively, it can be set up to book vehicles by the hour.
This module enables Distance-Based Pricing. You can set an initial fee and a “per mile/km” charge, with the total price dynamically calculated based on the distance between pickup and drop-off locations.
This module is popular among clients providing shared shuttle or motorcoach rides. Pricing can be configured to charge per passenger, with fixed times and locations. The Shuttle Module can be set up for routes from Point A to Point B, with or without stops along the way. Additionally, an automated passenger manifest can be configured to send daily, and the system tracks the number of passengers booked at each stop to prevent overbooking.
The GPS Tracking Tool app is included, allowing you to easily track drivers through their phone or tablet. The driver simply downloads this free app and toggles the tracking feature on or off as needed. Click the button below to learn more!
GPS TrackingThe Booking Tool handles the majority of the process for you! Simply connect to our secure system. When customers visit your website and click the reservation link, they are redirected to the booking tool platform. The system then processes the reservation using the prices and fees you've configured in the back-end Control Panel. Once the reservation is completed, the customer's information is securely emailed to you.
The administrator can manage all bookings by logging into our back-end control panel. Here, they can view and edit existing reservations. If a customer calls in, the admin can easily book a manual trip or clone an existing one. For upcoming trips, the admin can dispatch reservations to a driver, who then has the option to accept or reject the trip. The calendar screen allows the admin to check driver availability and identify any scheduling conflicts. The system will also send automated pickup reminders via text and/or email. After the ride is complete, the system can automatically send feedback emails with links to your Google or Yelp account, helping to enhance your online reputation!
